The Wilde - well, how should I put this? - they seem not to have a grasp on their very foundations. I believe that you can find videos of the cutscenes on Youtube, or you can browse through your audio files to listen to the dialogue yourself. You will see that the idea that Jonner and Blix were Wilde agents was a product of the Wilde's fevered imagination, attempting to see connections where there are, in fact, none.
They're not Nomad possessed if they're using artifacts - Daam-K'vosh artifacts won the war for the humans, they were our strongest and most weapon. Von Claussen implicitly trusted them to make sure that Trent (or anybody else, for that matter) wasn't possessed or otherwise treacherous. It's safe to say that they themselves weren't, just because they used an artifact. They're not Nomad technology.
