Okay I think Ive got a faction Idea that just might work now

I agree, it is more supported by RP groups. Nobody truly likes to play police because there are more restrictions on them than the military. While the ID allows them whatever they want to fly, it is out of RP to fly too many HF's or capital ships. The advantage is, though, that they are allowed to escort traders in their beat/systems under their jurisdiction.

The people that play with a group would be more loyal to the correct RP of a police group. If you want to start up a group, I have been flying around a Bretonia Police Authority character (hussar) for a few months, and I know that Kane flies around one for the Kusari State Police. It would be quite nice to have some company;)

While I agree that a police faction would be chill, if you do try one, I don't think it would be very successful. People won't want to live under restrictions that other militaries lack, so they will go to those factions. This isn't to say that it wouldn't be successful, but I don't think people will stick with that because of the restrictions.

So anyway, I would have no objections to having another BPA character out there with me.
