My question is: Are you reserve pilots, civilian volunteers who couldn't pass the medical exam, or something else? My thinking is that most people who were medically able would have been drafted by now, but you could RP them as a reservist group. (This would qualify you for BAF weapons/ships.)

From my perspective, this seems to be a grassroots militia movement, as you use civy tech. To me, being an unofficial ragtag militia group would be a bit more colorful than an BAF copy.

Am I right? Sounds cool either way.

Well this is not a BAF copy, as they wont use their tech, until they provide the Militia with it, they are indeed right now, civilians in civilian ships using civilian weapons.

As the BAF probably can't give out tech right now, since the war requires allot of resources.

They are the citizens army, no big military training.

Think in the middle ages, the farmers with pitchforks trying to protect their homes.

I kinda like the idea, but to put things to rest between the Militia and QCP, I think I see where it's going.

QCP are in fact trade interdiction, who operate mostly in the Taus and Kusari.

Militia will be a fighting wing operating within Bretonia (Upper Leeds mainly?)

Yep, pretty much.

And protecting Bretonia Core space while the BAF concentrates on the frontlines and the QCF in Kusari and Taus.
