Oh I enjoy all opinions in these little banters I start, some a very constructive and have lead to new ideas, I think.
I'm unsure about the effectiveness of CD's against gunboat missiles since I never target them, I only use CD's to stop people from running, hitting mines and stopping capitals from 'kill'n'turn' tactics. Gunships love that manoeuvre so much.
Spam of ALL kinds is generally either good or bad, it depends on the situation at hand. Capspam is generally frowned upon, but that is another matter entirely.
Capital ship missiles have always been unlimited, as has bomber weapons. I'm unsure why you'd point that out in that way, but it could be me failing to see the point.
Also, I don't 'predict' what people are generally going to say, and I don't want to people to post things that I want to see. That isn't free speech or the point of a forum.

But nah, I wouldn't like it. Regardless of energy consumption, it's still a hell of a lot of missiles, even with unlimited CMs.
Swarm missile pod mod was hilarious though.
That aside, I can see people spamming them, but this means that their accuracy will be heavily impaired by those with guns, and the server being angry. (Laggy). Let's face it missiles are a gamble.
