ships like the spatial or the ravens talon are popular - its harder to replace popular ships, no matter if they re imports or not.
about why some models don t get in - most of the time:
- they are not uploaded! - how can something be included when its not uploaded... have you uploaded ( emailed ) your ship to igiss, tycho? if not - how the heck is it supposed to be included or even considered?
- the quality is really BAD. - a tube with wings doesn t make a ship. proportions and shape needs to at least meet a minimum standard in terms of good looks - and while good looks are subjective entirely.... there are still a few characteristics that can be applied to a ships / models looks. - some ships simply don t meet those.
- sometimes the model doesn t match the idea of the ship ( like turning a plump ship into a skinny one, just cause we all know that skinny ships are much harder to hit ) - when the shape alters the balance that much - one is hesitant to include them.
on a sidenote:
- there has been ONE revision of the juggernaut - and that was the change from the CIS droid army star frigate ( star wars ) to the model we got now.
its now around 2.5 years later ... the roleplay of the ship as a colony ship is established - and it might get a facelift. - hardly "a bazillion juggernauts" - innit? ( unless the terms to be a bazillion have changed in the past years )
really makes me wonder what game you guys are playing. - mind you, there have been a few personalized juggernauts - wich a HUGE "not for disco" tag about them in the past months - so what... sometimes a modellers is proud of his work, even if its not going to be included.

* Civilian Freighter - why not simply remove that one? its not like its used very much
* Garanchou - ugly - but after 2 model suggestions with usually mostly positive but also negative voices, i don t really know how its supposed to be like - imo... delete it
* X-Shuttle - made a suggestion - people said "i like it as it is .. just retexture it" - well... go ahead, retexture it....
* Touketsu - no idea what ship that is...
* Saishi - when i made a suggestion, it was said that someone else had it covered - so i cancelled my project
* Civilian_Shuttle - no idea what ship that is
* Tiger_Shark - its a CUSTOM ship made for disco by legenation!
* Ki - when i made a suggestion, it was said that someone else had it covered - so i cancelled my project
* Havoc mkII - again - its a CUSTOM ship made by legenation for disco!
* Orca - presented a replacement, but i daresay i cannot really find a justification to replace it other than "looks" which isn t good enough
* Hacker Gunship - a custom ship for disco by dude
* Rheinland Pirate Cruiser - i m sorry, i consider that ship totally redundant. pirates cannot pirate in cruisers - and hessians vs. corsairs isn t really a major point of focus either, nor is rheinland. - furthermore... since its based on the hessian cruiser.... its AoM who needs to make replacements, cause its HIS design idea.
