History

Christopher's Flag ship and home the Umbra Venator was a Prototype Osiris constructed and planned with his own resources engineers' time and money it is needless to say he is attached to this ship being his main home.

The Umbra Venator's combat back ground is extensive dating back before the Black Squadron dissolved into the Order primary fleet it is one of the most recognized battleships having been one of the longest serving ship of its class only having the Au'rora and Asar out dating it. Formally known in primary fleet as the Anubis, this ship was the main flag ship serving in intensive engagements between the Bounty Hunters and Nomads and some times even the Liberty navy.

The ship has rarely been seen and was suspected destroyed but time and again it has be reported to be spotted by the Barrier station having strange tattoos over it most of the times being engulfed in a black nebula before disappearing completely.

Combat History

The most notable engagement with the Liberty navy was known to him as the Alaska engagement when a group of disobedient Order secondary pilots caused commotion and with the sudden raise of order forces in the area the navy sent a small fleet which the Durango being the lead ship for the naval forces and for the Order's lead ship the Anubis, both captains of the ship David Hale and Christopher Dangen were discussing a peaceful solution where the larger Order fleet would move back to Minor, the Order fleet not supposed to be there so he agreed but more then fifty percent of the Order forces did not follow as they were flying under the TOC tag

The battle flared up when the Durango fire a Heavy mortar round to an Order light carrier which caused a bloody battle to ensue. The Anubis took out three ships one being a Liberty Assault carrier, Liberty Assault frigate and a Liberty Siege cruiser. Most Order capital ships were following the Liberty navy flag ship at the time but an Order was received from the lead ship at the time Anubis. All fleet ships were Ordered to hand over the Naval prisoners they were carrying one tried to resist but was soon subsided as the Captain of the vessel threatened them, after doing so the men were handed over it us unknown as to what happened to the crews of the ships, the rest of the fleets ordered back to Minor while the Anubis prolonged its return.

Most notable keeper engagement was in the Omicron Delta system where the Anubis and the Keeper guardian vessel Infinity a keeper Battleship class had been terrorizing the Zoner Freeport eleven where two Corsair gunboats had come under attack from the creature in which the Anubis responded having no back up the Anubis arrived as the Infinity had destroyed and killed the two corsair gunboats known as the nick name 'Lunch box' classes at the time. As the Anubis entered the fight an intense and deadly battle ensued. The Keeper entity was forced to pull away badly damaged from the rounds the Order battleship put in it was forced off its attack on Freeport eleven but at a price the Anubis had suffered severe damage to its structure forcing it out of commission for months where the ship had to be totally reconstructed into the Anubis it is now, many of the same metals from the first ship is still within the new Anubis.

The most notable Bounty hunter engagement took place within the Omicron Delta system when the Admiral Asar called for support after coming into contact with a bounty hunter group consisting of a Battleship, Destroyer and Bomber. upon arrival the Asar took critical damage causing it to use its hyperspace technology to escape total destruction. as the Anubis was out gunned it looked bleak but quickly being able to tell that the Asar had engaged the Battleship that was easily neutralized the Destroyer soon to follow, the bounty hunter bomber was given the chance to retreat which it had accepted.
