Prison System

Sorry if this ideas come up before. On other servers I play on there is a 'prison' system and as I understand it, sometimes you need to find a punishment between Fining and banning.

Pretty much a system without any gates or jumpholes leading out of it, and one 'base', with no images, just black with a launch button. The system is obviously empty, except usually for an uninteresting background and solid(means you cant suicide on it) sun.

If people break the rules you could move characters or entire accounts there for periods of days to weeks. It allows them to get online but virtually have no use of the character, and since there is no sendcash command here their money is trapped as well. It could be more useful than an account or IP ban, while harsher than a fine.
