Circumstances: Was patrolling California when I noticed Big.Guns in combat with Tobius, a DSE escort. Upon arriving, I ordered them to stand down and demanded Big.Guns to release the hostages he had in hold. He whined a bit, then started shooting without any notice, draining my shield before I could fire up my thrusters. He obviously had no chance against my Libby, so I told Tobius he was free to move on. He decided to stay in perimeter as backup, however he did not engage. Destroyed the vessel at Planet Mojave, retrieved the pilot. If you deem the guncam footage insatisfactory as evidence, I'm certain Tobius will be able to support my report.

Received an emergency call from Starsky, a secondary LN officer, during the previous combat, he was under attack at Norfolk Shipyard by a Sabre Outcast. I immediately proceeded there, but Starsky had to eject before I arrived. Upon my arrival, I asked Veszely to release the Liberty personnel in store, which was complied with. However, the Outcast refused to follow my orders to leave the system and resisted any attempt at persuasion, so I had no choice but to use force. Veszely was forced to eject after a 10 minutes fight, without anything more than scratches to our hulls. Mick.Thompson was a valuable assistance in that fight.
