Roleplay versus Fairness to others

well i avoided reading most of it.. and i am sorry if i missed something.

But i can tell you what happened to me. I had a very nice RP with someone i believed to be a good RP player (Trader) He called for a GB backup and insulted the corsairs. (I do not recall if i demanded anything or not, but later when he were whining in PM's and rule lawyering me i told him "I do not have to demand") Now he submitted it and i got sanctioned.. there was like 5 min RP.. he called for someone to kill me and he was very insulting to the corsairs.. After i got my sanction i talked to virus and he told me "You must demand"

So to answer your questions.. There are some asses that will do anything to sanction you because they lost 300k worth of cargo. You just demand all their cargo and credits for their foul mouth, or for their RP.. if i am a civilian.. or a company employee and you about to get mugged, you dont start telling the criminal his hair look bad.. or "you mamma so fat.. so fat that.." no you dont do it.. you prey for your life. so all those who think RPing brave traders who will bad mouth you is just poor RP in my point of view.. when you are getting mugged you need to play as someone his life is in danger.
