Seiji Nebotuda reads the communique recieved by Imperial command from {c}
He then looks back at his morning news brief.
The headline reads:
NO JUNKERS IN KUSARI
He even remembers seeing that in the Blue Saffire grill on New Tokyo weeks ago on leave. Nebotuda scans further down the article. Notes mention of the Hogosha crime bosses and how they keep other mafia, especially Junkers, out of Kusari.
He thinks to himself:
Interesting that these Junkers have a deity. Ahh, and they want access to Kishiro blue prints for Imperial warships no less! Imagine that! Gaijin crewing a living monument to the emperor...
Nebotuda finishes reading and drafts his recommendation to Admiral Nadir:
Admiral,
This request presents a significant security threat to our interests. These Children of Bretonia are simply that, somewhat dissillusioned but no less foreign agents of our enemies the Bretonians. We are not a haven for political refugees, and we certainly cannot entertain possible operatives from the BAF. I recommend you reject this request.
