About new guys. If we are talking about 'kinda' new, then I bet they don't want to delete their character. Flying about in my large train I can forget that without help it's hard enough for a total newbie to make enough money to get a rhino, never mind working up to a CSV, Camera or any other freighter.

If its a complete newbie, ie just undocked from manhatten, well you can't fine them, they don't have anything and banning, they might not even read the forum, if they can't log on for a few days they might leave.

Even putting new starfliers in a prison system would allow them to take a hint about what will happen.
