Reason for joining The Brotherhood: In my past, I used to work solo.I've spent hours in bars drinking,acted like a loco and I've done a lot of tasks without asking for any assistance
It was always my style,untill one day,when my ship was intercepted by a large Red Hessian fighter wing.
I was outnumbered,I saw no way out,and suddenly,another fighter wing appeared out of nowhere. It was the Corsair wing. That day,I've learned that teamwork is important,so I've decided to find my own wingmates...and I picked The Brotherhood!
My task is to show other amigos that teamwork is the best way to defeat the enemy and that sooner or later,you'll need someone to watch your back.

Biography:

Born at Cadiz. Son of Natalia Vasquez de Garcia and Juan Carlos de Manuel de Luis don Romanos Escobar Ruiz Oliveros de Miguel Esperantos Villanueva Gomez Carnales Felipe Julio Bustamente Sanchez de Gutierrez.

Cesar Gutierrez has spent most of his childhood at Cadiz, since his parents were employed as weapon dealers on the base.At the age of 15,his parents employed him in their business.Thanks to that he knows a couple of things about weapons and repairs.

Aproximatelly a year later,Cesar got his first chance to pilot a Legionnaire and has showed a great success. At the age of 18,he has received a Titan from his father. It is when he have left Cadiz and decided to visit the battlefield. By showing an amazing success in combat,he was asked to join the strike forces.Along with his wing of fighters,he has fought Outcasts,Red Hessians,Bounty Hunters and other gringos.During one of the battles,his Titan was heavily damaged and unrepairable,so he was given a temporary Praetorian class bomber instead,which was prooved as a perfect ship for him. He was also given a chance to work as a tactical officer and to command a couple of capital ships. 5 years later,He has decided to leave the strike forces. The reason for that was a loss of his wingmate. That is when he has decided to work solo.

After his wingmen's death,Cesar's behaviour has changed.Because of his insane behaviour people started calling him '€žFlipado'€œ . He has spent countless hours in bars,insane dogfights in space and didn't just stick to alcohol.He developed a synthetic marijuana addiction which additionally explains his crazy behaviour.
He has never changed untill the Hessian incident when he realised he has done a great mistake by fighting the enemy on his own and realised that he can still change his life. Now,Cesar have decided to make a new step in his life and fix all the mistakes he has done,because,it's never too late!
