Jason walked slowly into the rear entrance of the club and shed his coat as soon as he entered, throwing it in a trashcan near the door. He walked slowly to the rear of the club, not drawing any attention to himself as he moved stealthily through the maze of hallways. He kept his head down as he tried random doors to enter through. Most were locked, but eventually he struck gold. The door opened and he quickly stepped through, closing the door silently.

The room was dark as he began rummaging through the things in the room, eventually coming to a chest. He ripped it open and found an odd assortment of clothes that he could use to blend in.

"Hello Jason." said a metallic voice. Jason spun around only to get caught in the face by a fist. He spun twice in mid air before crashing to the ground with a loud thud. "You've been pretty busy these past few months."

"Go to hell." was all he managed to get out.

"You owe us money, Keller. Don't forget that."

"How did you find me?" Jason managed to say again. A fist came down on his kidney and he screamed pain.

"Lets keep on the subject of the money you owe me, hrmm?"

Suddenly, and without warning, the door to the room splintered and exploded inwards, which was impressive because the door was made of thick metal. The man in the armored suit flew away from Jason and through the opposite wall, replaced by another man in armor.

"You ok?" he said.

"Uh...yeah..."

"Stay here, if I have to expend anymore time to find your idiot ass, I'll kill you myself, clear?"

"Uh--"

"Good."

The man moved through the debris towards the man that had now passed through two walls and was lying on the floor of another VIP room where a stripper and man were, from the looks of things, in the middle of a very intimate conversation. Now, however, they were both cowering in the corner. The collector in the suit clawed himself up against the wall quickly and threw a punch at the other man who grabbed the fist as if it were nothing more than a toy. He laughed and flexed the servos in the suit and crushed the man's hand. He screamed in pain.

"Do you know who I am young man?" he said.

"Arrrrrgh!! You're Jacob Keller. Leader of the Children of Conviction!"

"Good, good. Then you know who that makes Jason back there, am I correct?"

The man began breathing deeply and didn't answer. The man named Jacob crushed the hand further causing him to scream in pain again.

"Y-your ne-n-nephew?"

"Nice try. He's actually my son. You go back and tell your leader, whoever he is; this debt is settled here and now. If he comes for Jason again, with any of you creeps, I'll ensure that your little business is as if it never existed on the face of this sector. Am I clear?"

"C-Crystal."

The man named Jacob killed the collector full on in the chest as hard as he could, sending him through the remaining wall and into the alley way behind the club. He slammed into the wall on the other side and crumbled to the ground. He looked over to the stripper and man whom were cowering in the corner in fear. Jacob sighed, opened a suit compartment and threw them a few hundred credits.

"For your trouble." he said with a laugh and walked back towards the younger Keller...who was missing.

"I'm going to kill this little brat before I even get a chance to train him." he said and took off sprinting down the hallway.

You fear oblivion. Yet you forget. The universe remembers every atom of your being. Even dust hums your name in the dark.
