Rules of Puerto Rico

This is conerning ALL of the factions that will be frequenting the Puerto Rico system.

The Helghast wish Puerto Rico to remain an open system, and we will keep it that way. All Pirate ships are allowed in, but they will be forced to pay at 200k a person. We have ships that will enforce this. You can buy a monthly pass for 10 million credits if you are a pirate character.

All traders that pass through Puerto Rico will be force to pay depending on the size of their ship, the chart is as follows:

0-999 Cargo = 200k
1000-1999 = 400k
2000-2999 = 600k
3000-3999 = 800k
4000-5000 = 1million

Monthly pass for traders = 50million

This tax is applicable EVERY round trip you make through Rico.

This is to gain a monopoly on the Lucrative smuggling that can occur within our system. People who come in and do not pay, will be barred from the sysetm on punishment of death! Once they have died once, their price will increase to 3 times the orginal ammount.

Warships over the size of a gunboat are BANNED from Puerto Rico. You will be asked to leave and if not you will be killed.

Now, concerning clans. We will allow the Helfire Legion to pass through Rico with any ship they see fit. Same with junker Tagged players, but Junker traders will still have to pay.

If a Helghast officer or Grunt says you need to leave, you leave or you die.

These Rules are official and will be enforced heavily!
