OK, well lets see how this developes. I was for starting a 'non' faction, with all equals participating. (Believe me, I DON"T want to run a faction, but I do want to fly as a Legionaire.) In my Legion idea, the Legion would be restricted to the border worlds, even after the gates are opened. Burgundy would be it's "Algeria".

I have already been flying LE//37A~C.Kelley, and have enjoyed a llittle RP already based on resentment that the core worlds may even be denied to us after our citizenship has been earned.

The only other point is to restrict Cap ships TIGHTLY, as a Legionaire would always be mistrusted to some degree by "true" Gallians..

Let's make this fly, because it is collectively a hell of an idea, and has historical precedent to back it up...

I think that we could even "marry" the two proposals, and come up with an excellent RP faction that embraces everyone, and yet is elite.
