Those tubes on the front give me the idea of a very long range standoff weaponry. Maybe a frigate or cruiser size, with very limited turrets but a cluster of long range torpedoes, to offer siege support to battleship fights.

And despite the "blocky" look of some parts that screams Rheinland, the overall shape tells me Liberty. Maybe a LSF special project.

EDIT: another option, it could be a picket ship. Limited weaponry, but faster than other ships of its size and top-of-the-notch sensors, to perform deep space patrols. This way, it could be able to spot enemy incursors (or pirate gunboats on tradelane blockades) before being spotted itself, but lack of firepower would require it to call for someone else to do the pewpew, thus rebalancing the sensor advantage.
