Or raise the prices for Cap ships and all the equipment for them to the max, that might solve the problem, that way you'd need more then 70 mil to get a cap ship of any type, let alone the cost of outfitting them. You could also see about lowering the amount of batts and bots that they can carry. Another silly idea might be to make a new commodity, Cap-ship batts and bots and make them really expensive.

Or is there a problem with this reasoning?
