The Birth of SCIOP

Fish and his mates listened very carefully to Dr. Takar presentation. They were the perfect candidates for Takar's program as they were motivated, but they had no means to pursuit on their own.

Kazim whispered something on Fish's ear and Fish took the word:

Sir, I think we are your first candidates for a small loan or funding. Me and my fellow associates are really interested in pursuing our dream - becoming respectful scientists in the search of pure science. But we have no funds to build a mobile lab, which I believe is the best way to serve your project proposal.
So, like I said we would like to apply to SCIOP's funding and in return, we pledge our endeavours to help SCIOP build up and help others in the same situation.

The four of them left the meting with high hopes, as they eared everything (and more) they were looking for. Fish was really proud to participate in something with the presence of such illustrious participants.
