Not true. The Rogue Destroyer has horrible turret arcs, its entire topside is one huge blindside. I counterbalanced this by using turret mode from the cockpit and barrel rolling to keep my belly side facing my target while I pounded them with Solaris. Worked quite well, killed 6 Barghests before I had to use any nanobots.
