I was speaking more of him saying they couldn't use Rheinland craft. RM and RP are green to each other. So an indie RFP can use RM tech, regardless of what either faction says. That includes both fighters, both bombers and the gunboat he is saying they either can't use or must ask permission from him to use.
His post comes off as he is the final say in indie RFP can and cannot do and can and cannot use. This isn't true.
