FLhook dynamic reputation correction

Well, first thought is that the pirate ID repninja's every lawful hostile already, but this works for freelancer and mercs.

Second thought is, I would love to give someone who's afk a /looted name 100,000 twice and see all the NPCs go "wtf u dai now". But I guess that's the price of going afk.

Third thought, is this even possible? You'd have to ask cannon.

Fourth, I don't know if this is even neccessary, because, like mentioned, pirate ID reps everyone and their brother hostile.
