I support the first suggestion, but, I don't approve of the second, given that there would be some confusion, and mistakes made regarding who's paid and who hasent.

Suggestion to improve the first suggestion;

Make Millitary and police ships uneffected by this, so as to not cause problems with traders that violate embargos and such. For freelancers,BHG, and mercs, House millitaries should be set to hostile after a single kill, corporations after 2-3, and groups like the junkers/zoners, 3-4 kills.

Also, just wondering if you saw that I had suggested the first thing in the extortion thread.
