Certainly, It'd be too easy to give it to someone who was AFK, or dident understand what it did, and then totally mess up their reputation. I know some people who would do it for their own amusement.

This could be undone with /unloot, or you could make it so someone would have to type an accept command before anything happened.

A pirate could simply demand that it was given with the normal command, and then kill the person when they gave it via /looted, because the demand included both credits, and their method of delivery.

The rules would also probably have to be adjusted to say that the person using the command can not be attacked because they used it instead of givecash.

Or you could just make it so givecash couldn't be use if you were within scanner range of someone, that's a little extreme though and there would still be trading. But yeah, rules change.
