Kestrel CTE-20000 Light Bomber

Two problems.

1) the Roc is a light bomber.

2)

Finding that the Roc had somewhat a problem catching smaller ships.

Bombers are not supposed to fight smaller ships. They are anti-capital ships. The Eagle is for killing anything smaller.
