Now, you profess that him and this Quaid fella are the same person.

What proof do you have? What crime has he committed?

I seem to recall a cohort of your complaining that the BH were hunting them in the House of Liberty. So you want to have an exception?

The answer is the same. We protect civilians.

Mr Kimble has NOT committed a crime in House Liberty. You are not judge, jury, and executioner. Your not a cop, nor a member of this House's Navy or it's Intelligence services

As for Quaid, he's a criminal, do whatever you wish there.
