Sir, the problem with that is that it is a slow and inaccurate weapon. It is very unlikely that it would be able to hit anything smaller or faster than a planet. Also, a shield would render the GRC useless, as the GRC cannot penetrate shields due to the technology used.
I do not know of any enemy that has a planet that we could shoot at. The ideal target would be Planet California Minor, however, they are not our enemies.
