Heartily agreed. If I find that in 4.87, Bretonia has lost Leeds and the rest of its outlying systems, I will personally (ab)use any leadership I have as a captain in the BAF| and lead an ooRP fighter and bomber raid to New Paris, where we shall sit above planet New Paris, singing the Bretonian national anthem while drinking whiskey and discharging SNACs and razors into the atmosphere. Huzzah!
I think the changes might have been too fast for the community to accept, but it does set the stage for a lot of new ideas: With an increased Gallic presence in the taus, will they come into contact with the nomads? Will the privateers ally with any remaining unlawful bases in Gallia and use them as staging platforms for new raids? What will the zoners make of Gallians occupying tau-29? How will Bretonia fight back?
Apart from storyline, I have one major worry: Reputations. I've got a BAF rep which is full red to almost anything Kusarian. With the war over and some KNF forces trapped in leeds and allied with Bretonia, I feel a rephack may be in order, since I doubt I'd be able to fix my rep enough to get anything like the current "Normal". Also, will KNF exiles (who are hostile to GRN presumably) be given a new faction to differentiate themselves from KNF (who are neutral), or will they just be given BAF IFFs?
