I think its shape definitely reminds me of the B2 bomber, very sleek and fast. So I think that if this ship is put in, it should have a real high thruster speed complimented with very very bad turning. IE worse than gunship turning. That way, its usefullness would be long jousts at a battleship. This would expose it to lots of gunfire dead on, and be less likey to dodge it than a regular bomber. Then it would drop 2 NOVA torps and fly away to repeat. I think that realy could be done without changing game balance. Obviously it would hinge on its turning being so bad to counter balance the extra NOVA.

Also, maybe not boost power supply to make it drop two torps at the same time, but boost its power regen that in a certain length run it could drop 2 in much quicker succession than a reg bomber.
