Name: John Tavares Age: 25 Gender: Male Origin: Planet Erie, Pennsylvania System Citizenship: Libertonian Biography: Mr. Tavares' past is as difficult to track down as he is. What is known is that he originates from Planet Erie in Pennsylvania and has spent time flying under the local Zoner contingent. It is there, we assume, that he gained his space-to-space combat skills. As he is a crack shot with heavy weaponry. He was recruited in one of Lance Uppercut's roster-filling campaigns in New York in 790 A.S. His experience with targeting proved useful and was soon made Mr. Uppercut's chief gunnery officer.
After Uppercut was recruited to the USI, Mr. Tavares was brought on as the chief gunnery officer aboard the "Long Island". Mr. Tavares now splits his time between the "Long Island" and his own bomber, which carries an official [*USI*] certification. He is held the rank Junior Cadet with two official kills, one of which was in defense of a Universal convoy in 798 AS.
In his spare time, he studies old shipwrecks and has taken a certain fascination with the so-called "CODENAME" weapons sometimes found at naval wrecks. He can sometimes be found scouring the edges of Liberty for new and valuable findings.
Currently: After Lance Uppercut resigned, Mr. Taveres decided it was time for him to follow his dream and to start designing Liberty weaponry for Ageira Technologies. He resigned as well from Universal Shipping Incorporated and is doing just fine last time we talked with him.
