Recruit ID/BHG ships

[22:25:50] Cthulhu: I checked that one, Ath. The Manta is the only BHG fighter that is restricted. When the ship restrictions feature got implemented, there was a lot of discussion about it.

[22:26:42] Cthulhu: You can buy any civie fighter, and the smaller fighters for the various factions.
[22:27:00] Athenian: so he can buy sea serpent, hammerhead
[22:27:05] Cthulhu: The top of the line fighters, can first be bought when you have the faction ID.
[22:27:13] Cthulhu: Yep, no problem. Also, sheffield has storage containers. Get double or triple bribe, undock, kill containers till rep looses green, get kille dby stationfire, respawn, take double or triple rep, and you are full BHG repped.
