You have a "player account" you can use. I'd suggest you use it more, to be honest. Like it or not, your status as "Janitor" still means you have to put on the same goody-two-shoes face the other admins put on. Otherwise, you can/should use your regular account. The AL Guy account was supposed to be reserved for posts related to server issues and assistance, etc, etc, etc, not really for posting your personal opinion.
Using that account is like an admin donning the majestic "Admin hat" which changes font color or something like that. How would you appreciate it if you thought you were having a good time with some other folks who you thought were having a good time... then you got yelled at by someone who is obviously in with the admins and has access to the server? Not to mention having rules quoted at you. Probably not great.

Anyway. Thought of a few more things I'd like to see improved:
Weapon loadouts on ships. I mean. Come on.
Every fighter had 6 hull busters and a Mini Razor. Useless against a cap's shields. Makes fighters less useful in this.
Bombers had mosquito CDs. No way to stop a fleeing battleship. Train CD for someone please?
I know the Chimeara had an Imp. CM instead of Enh. I didn't check other ships.
Everyone had Discovery Scanners instead of superior Adv. Cargo Scanners.
KNF Destroyer had three battle razors. THREE. That's too many. Two is enough. Three is a waste.
GRN Cruiser had 1 pulse turret, as far as I am aware. Completely pointless.
Battleships had FOUR Flak turrets. That's like mounting 2 CDs on a bomber, with this mod version.
KNF Battleship had 2 pulse turrets that were in bad positions. Poor firing arcs and no rear fire (if I remember correctly).
Who designed these ship loadouts?... Would take me 15 seconds per ship on the server manager to make a good loadout for each of these craft. Few other problems, but those are just personal preference over useless (like I prefer 4 EMP Cannons on my bombers, but whatever). And I'm sure there's more, I just don't remember or was too busy having fun to care.
I have to say, for a primarily PvP event, the ships themselves were poorly thought out.
Also, as I said in an earlier past. Battleships need a cool down. Half an hour would be enough, probably. Maps. We have a way to make a full map. Could live with one being given to us with the /restart.
