1.) I gave him the warning after firing as he did upon my trader vessel that he would find his ending a large suprise. I did Take my wares to battleship Fes in support of the corsair at such a time. I knew the corsair would not like a pirate freelancer in their sector thus I decided to bring the fool to his doom knowning that there were corsair in omega 5 and see the Ghost Ship and one other their I knew that my defense was simple fly by the Ghost Ship and the other corsair and watch as this impudent decided to open fire on a trade vessel of the Ghost Ship's. Knowing that my defense was sure at this point I continued on and watch as this fool became part of the skies.
Secondly I did not call for any lawfuls I called to anyone that was in the system to notify them that a pirate has entered their system as a tactic to slow you down and allow my escape. So think about this mate, What is smart smuggler going to do stand there and allow you to destroy them which by the way is against Sirius Scrolls 5.6 and find a way to slow down your attempt to continue to try and destroy my ship. Or find a way to slow you do be it with words or be it with find a way to turn you a round by the use of others that I do work for such as the Ghost Ships. Thus I did just that slowed you down with a warning and alarming the locals be they lawful or unlawful and when plan did not work I went with Plan be warn you a second time and thus ran you into a larger enemy the heavy fighter by the way sir is the one that killed you not the Osiris ghost ship that was sitting by the jump hole is tact was just this to detour you from attacking me and cause you fear and it worked as I see there is more crying about some one being attacked and killed by what they thought was unlawfully not needed and things being jumped way over the ship cannons at this point. The next time I am attacked by anyone and i have lawfully commenced docking with a Jump Gate or Jump hole I will simple state this chase everyone states happens again I will Pull out as many call it the Rule Lawyer and a simple court case of you shall loose everything you gained that day and spent the time to steal from traders like I and find your self in my place and it is at that point you will see the Ellesta Twins revive and Dominus_Ellesta shall take your ship from you perhaps you will see what it is like when you get pirated by the Galactic council and then destroyed for the death of a trader in Sirius. Trust me I know the Ellesta Twins well and they do not like Pirates. It is at this point I have formulated a decision that perhaps All you lazy good for nothing pirate be placed in front of a firing squad and be placed as bounties upon the stars and notches carved for everyone of you that is taken down. Be you warned mates that for every pirate that is out smarted a new page in my book is writen and given to the Ellesta Twins. When you start finding your leaders dead in their homes head sent to the places you call a council/Elder or those that command you all. Mark the day you receive said warnings mates cause that is the day you to shall be marked for death.
