Citizens of The Outcast Commonwealth & Allied groups,

I am Councilman Varraco de la Vega, formerly of the Council of Dons, now a member of the Council of Ministers. I address you tonight via the old Council of Dons communications grid due to problems with our new office transmitter.
Although I can not give complete details at this time of the changes being made, I can assure you life as Outcast will for the most part remain as it has always. Just more unified & determined & with more rights to the children of Malta. We ask at this time for everyone to remain calm & be patient while we get our offices in order & some minor glitches resolved.
