"Ghost.Ship" Has returned!

First off, I wasn't a pirate. I never once made a demand of you. I tried killing you (No CD makes it rather hard.). After I told you why I was doing so. Now, announcing on system comms that you are being pirated while you are hauling illegal goods is a completely idiotic thing to do. It will draw the law in your direction also.

Second, I am no fool. I knew the Ghost ship was waiting for me. Its fairly easy to look at the player list and see it sitting in Omega 5 for two systems, after you told me you had a surprise for me in Omega 5. I continued because I expected RP from them.

Third I forced you to use all your shield bats before you managed to get away the first time. When you ran into me again you had full shield bots. The only place you could have re supplied is a lawful base. As you use a smuggler ID with a pirate train that is itself a rule breach. Had I caught you doing it I would have reported you simply because you don't RP and you are only here to power trade for cap ships to get your pew pew on. I'd advise you from doing so in the future.

And a last note, this goes to all three of you that were present. You must RP before you kill me. Your little friend in the Titan is damn lucky I didn't feel like reporting him or her as she got the kill and didn't say a word. She opened fire the second I came through the jump hole. As did the Ghost ship. The only reason you, the guy on the Ghost ship, had time to spit a few lines of RP out is because I started dodging your fire. Had I not, you would have killed me before you got one word off.

And no Draggor, I am not dragging your name through dirt. You did that yourself with the QQ about being pirated in the Yukon. Not to mention you ramble on about god knows what.

Learn to role play.

Cause you did not state a demand the whole you stated your reason for firing on me was nothing pertaining to any purpose of roleplay.

I did try to roleplay with you and you just continued to chase me with no Open fire stated at all.
It is funny how you state I need to learn roleplay because all in all I seen more poor examples of role play by everyone I have come across then I have wanted to even try and reply to any of them.

you say you are not a fool, well then why if you knew that the Ghost Ship was waiting for you beside your stated " I wanted to Role Play with them" did you give chase and knew that you would most likely end up getting killed.

You where roleplayed with by the Ghost Ship and you were roleplayed with by Captain Smash before your death.

In fact it was clearly stated that you where going to either turn a round or be killed.

As for docking with a Lawful base you must not know that Aegira Bases are nuetral to a freelancer and not a lawful base.
because if they are then I personal know that i have seen many Aegira Faction members be able to dock with Smuggler Id's and no one say anything about it.

On the other hand I did open say in system chat that I had a pirate to freely slow you down and allow further escape.

Hope that it would detour you from any further chase and all I seen in that system was traders no lawfull factions at all.

You want to threaten me with a Sanction well then lets go to the rules lawyer for confirmation of what rules you broke.


3.4 Threatening other players with reports and sanctions, attempting to pose as an Admin and using an Admin's name without permission is not allowed.

5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.

5.6 Fleeing in combat counts as a PVP death. Fleeing is:

a) Docking with a jump gate, station or tradelane;
b) Moving more than 10km from the fight.


5.7 A player who was killed in a PvP fight must not enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) until four hours have passed from the time of his/her destruction.

If the player respawns in the same system, he/she must leave the system within 10 minutes of his destruction without attacking anyone, except in self-defense. Other players are not allowed to attack one who is leaving.

Transports/Freighters/Liners which have been killed in a PvP fight may return to the system in which they were destroyed but only for purposes of moving through the system or for trade within that system. They may only act in a purely defensive manner. This exemption applies only to players who are in the system for the purposes of trading and does not apply to mining, piracy or any other activity.

6.6 Aggressors are not allowed to destroy a trade vessel prior to issuing a demand and allowing sufficient time to respond. Demands may be cargo, credits or an RP demand, such as leaving the system. "Halt" is not a demand.


Since I did dock with more then one jump gate and trade lane you proceed to break 5.7 more then once and did break 5.6 more then once.

By Re-Engaging me 3 times you state you would have filed a Sanction on me for breaking my ID I would say I have more then enough to have file a sanction on you and get you most likely banned for a while.

So lets see you file that Sanction on me cause I still have the screen shots to file a sanction and show proof of the whole encounter you decided to have and what base I actually did land on.

Continue this shrade of picking my posts apart and trying to find things to Q_Q about some where else.

Cause I only see you Q_Q'ing my "poor" role play and my non response to your attempt to do what you thought was role playing and having fun killing a transport that even though had no CD on board but sure did have the pewpew power to take trader out with out any problems.

It seems everyone here likes to hate me no matter what I say and are only happy when i die and they get the cargo i have on board my ships.

Here is a bit of Q_Q for you.

Why should i not power trade to make money to get ships that I am able to show you what it feels like to get pewpewed on by a ship that can easily kill you and make you feel buttox hurt because you can't stand some one fighting back against what you call roleplay.

So in the statement of Captain Smash and in my own words.

You all pewpew and Q_Q when I PewPew Boom you back it is sad that I thought this game was filled with mature people or at least mature enough to know that if you start a fight be ready to be defended against and possibly hurt for your own actions.

Enough said. I am not about to bend down to your levels to make anyone happy but me.
