Modify the Camera ship slightly

I think you needed a Special Permission by the Admins to use the Ship inRP

Camera ships are available on the starting planet.

Philadelphia Station to be correct.

The Ship is the only Ship that is out of Roleplay and if you want a Neutral ID for it you can quickly ask the Admins with an SRP though a Civilian ID does the same Job. Except that shooting at you is a sanctionable Rulebreak.

The Ship is already invisible, it only looks like a Starflea when you are docked. Flying you only have the Engine. Giving it some more Hull seems reasonable, taking away the Hitbox doesn't really sound good.
