Name: Jeremy Clark Age: 34 Gender: Male Origin: Planet Houston, Texas System Citizenship: Libertonian Biography: Jeremy was born in an abandoned home on the north side of Planet Houston. He was raised by bounty hunter, Matthew Clark and his wife, Sara Clark. Matthew found Jeremy just a few days old, crying in the middle of a room and covered in blood. If Matthew never had chased that rogue into that abandon house, Jeremy would’ve died.
As Jeremy grew up, his father would teach him hand-to-hand combat or better known as the martial arts. Although, instead of Jeremy using his abilities to defend himself, he used his new skills to pick fights with the children at school. His reasons he gave to his father was not that he did it because he knows how to fight, but because those kids came from a criminal family and he felt that they deserved it. Matthew told him that the lessons he was given is only for self-defense, but Jeremy didn’t understand. He thought that if someone is bothering another besides himself, that he should help the innocent and fight the offender.
When Jeremy was fourteen years old, his father was ordered to be stationed in the Omicrons. The Bounty Hunter Guild ordered Matthew to leave his family without saying a word, because his mission was urgent and top-secret. Jeremy thought his father left him because of his actions at school. He was angered and decided not to fight anymore.
Approximately one year later, the son of a well-known pirate started a gang at Jeremy’s school. This gang knew who Jeremy’s father was and decided to get revenge for his father’s friends on Sugarland. In the middle of the night, they came to the Clark’s home and shot it up. Jeremy woke up and ran to his mother’s room to find out that she has been shot. He took the gun out of his father’s gun-case and ran outside with intentions to kill, but he was too late. The gang ran off and Jeremy rushed inside to check on his mother. Sara was lying on her bed coughing up blood and ceasing when Jeremy entered. He screamed out a hateful cry, called the police and held his mother while she slowly slipped away.
The next several days Jeremy was filled up with dislike and guilt. He decided to forget about his vow and find those rogues. He cornered one of the members of the gang at school and shot him with his father’s Garner (blaster). He ran home and found his father’s stash of credits. After, he hopped on a taxi and travelled to the main docking pad on Houston in search for a ride to West Point Military Academy. His ride was Gabriel Young, an employee for Universal Shipping, Inc. Gabriel didn’t ask many questions and realized this kid was in trouble, so he charged him one-thousand credits for the ride and flew him to West Point.
At West Point Military Academy, Jeremy enrolled in the Liberty Navy Junior Officer Training program (LNJOT). He had to move on and he had to survive. He was stationed there for weapons and flight training for two years. After the two years were up, he needed more credits in order to stay with the program for another two years. He flew his government issued Liberator to Detroit Munitions and applied for a security job there. Because of his knowledge of weapons, his skills in hand-to-hand combat and his records at West Point Military Academy, the owner of Detroit Munitions hired him as a trainee. His duty, while not in school, was to search the debris field for crashed Ageira ships.
During his third year of LNJOT, he met a girl. Her name was Laney Walker. She was a beautiful girl and about a year younger than him. They met during Advanced Combat Training as sparing partners. Jeremy and Laney started dating two weeks after that. Laney wanted to be a captain of a cruiser and Jeremy just wanted Laney, so he arranged his and her classes to be the same. That year, Jeremy joined the West Point Arena Football team and Laney showed up to every game.
After graduation, the junior officers were given a choice to either join the elite fighters and bombers of the navy or train to be a captain of a battle-cruiser or ship. Laney chose the latter and Jeremy was forced into the elite, because of his test scores. They were very upset over this, but they had no time to fight it. Laney was shipped right away to fight a battle with the Rhienlanders and Jeremy was ordered to be stationed at Battleship Concord in New Hampshire. The mission was to board the Munster Research Station and retrieve a ‘package’. The mission was a success and Jeremy was promoted to Lieutenant.
Mission after mission, Jeremy still had Laney and his father in his thoughts. He wondered where she was, if she was okay. If his father is still out there, if his thinking about him, but he had no way of finding out this information. He stayed in the Navy for eight more years and then he resigned. He searched for Laney and his father, but with no luck. It’s like they never existed. He met many different people during his search and killed many rogues and rhienlanders. After three years of searching, he met Gabriel Young in the California System. Jeremy boarded his “Crane” and they caught up. Gabriel told him that Universal flies everywhere and that the company even ships directly with Battleships. Jeremy saw this as an opportunity to start over and maybe have some luck finding Laney and his father later. So, he applied at Trenton Outpost and was hired as a recruit in the Universal Shipping Incorporated. Shortly after, the executives promoted him to Junior Cadet for his skills in combat and for his experience.
