It took time and exposure to certain elements in order to see that perhaps I could serve in a manner different than I have been in the civilian sector. While all jobs are honorable, there is still nothing that can compare to the role of the soldier, who puts his or her life on the line so that every other citizen might live, to undertake those jobs, and someday live in the time we strive for."
