For semi-lawful out-of-house piracy, think about using Junker ID.

You could also combine it with indy pirate ID for in-house raids I reckon.

Good idea actually. As junker it would also be easier to sell the ore than with pirate id. Then we could pirate in both O-7 and Tau-23.
