Looks good. And of course, very similar to Earth's Military Intelligence. There are more branches than the ones you have mentioned, but I think those are the important ones.

What are your immediate plans? I assume you will try to collect reliable information on Kusari fleet movements, and leaders, and the Black Guard will attempt to take out someone from time to time based on the info supplied.... Swap Kusari for Gallia come 4.86

And of course, assisting with the normal war effort. What's your policy on informants? They can be very useful, innocous people doing their jobs but supplying information to you.
