Possible Solution

When i was reading the zoner - corsair thread i think of a possible solution. I thought of posting this thing there but dont think it can be seen by everyone as that thread is a huge mess.
I belive raiding is not that much problem. The only problem is raiding with cap ships. Trust me, i dont like to see 4-5 hessain bs with 3-4 BHG cap and some other raiding in gamma. Home system should be safer. And yes im taking about all the home system. What i post here is not about corsair but for everyone.

So the possible solution will be reuse the guard id with some features.
1) A Capital ship bs/cruiser must use guard id.
2) Player with guard id cant dock any other than thier own base or allied base.
3) Player with guard id cant go to CORE systems as Home system and guard systems other than thier own(NY,NL,NB,NT,Alpha,Gamma,Mu).

I think this will reduce the problem significantly. Pls do share what you think and no crticism from anyone.
This is not to increase your post count so stay out if you dont have any good thoughts.

Raiding is only viable thing left to do at all. Restricting capital ships, cool. People will just move elsewhere for the combat.
