Actually you're right, if you get a screenshot of the red text showing them logging off and logging on right next to each other while they are in your crosshairs, i suppose that would make sound evidence, but you cant proove if sombody docks and logs off or logs off and dosnt return or waits a while then uses another account.

Still, a stronger admin presences in any server is always a good idea, whether they're refered to 'police' or not. They dont have to roleplay. Actually I would rather they didn't, because it would cloud judgement and decrease effiiciency.

On our 4 sourceforts, 1 COD2 and 2 CSS servers, we have an admin present whenever players are in the server. I realise FPS are slightly different to this sort of game, but just being there stops people messing around.
