Not if you go to the char selection screen and select the same char. That is the fastest way to regenerate shields, and it does not involve log off.

When you log in again with the same character, do you respawn at a base or in space where you hit F1?

There is nothing new in these rules.
Nothing we had not learned at home, in the school, in the army, in the job and in all servers we had been.
Simple words like respect and education. And player's honour, of course. Warrior's code.

Unfortunately, you cannot count on all people to be honest. Sad, but true

Not to imply that any player currently on this server are dishonest. Except for a few unfortunate cases, those Ive meet have all been trustworthy and courteous
