If you want to obtain license for export of restricted goods, you need to state destination of cargo and send 25mil credits to [color=#000000][KNF]Heikiko.Maru
But if you want to import those goods, you do not have to pay anything.
I believe it was misunderstanding with State police, you do not have to get licence for import of those goods.

In case that you still want to obtain that licence, now you know what to do to get it.
