My full title is Oberslieutenant Siegfried Carlson. I am from the honorably corrupt Rheinland Military. Not anymore, if I can help it. The Gottkanzler- I feel sick merely at the thought of serving him now. I've been trained to fire on "Pirates and terrorists, threats to the Rheinland nation". Can you believe how they de-humanize you? Both their enemies and their officers. I've been ordered to fire on a multitude of targets. Most of them civilian in one way or the other.

Me and my first crewman have been talking. All of our enemies- save for those Libertonian aggressors- have done nothing more than be victimized by the government and punished when they attempted to raise their voices in revolt.
