Anyway out of those other ships, in this order:

Osiris
BHG Destroyer

Actually the reason it is not included in the restarts is because the Order does not have a corresponding shiptype.

AFAIK it is still available at Capetown in O56, so feel free to trek down there and back to the Omicrons if you want to exchange one of the restart ships for a Bottlenose, in case this is being allowed by the Event rules.
