Circumstances: I answered a distress call from an LPI officer, and killed the lane hacker that was harming him. My second kill was a smuggler in Cortez bound for Liberty with black market munitions (Don't mind the hacker in the picture, he had a personal grudge on the smuggler and insisted on helping). Third kill was a Rheinland Military Wraith plotting and being evil in New York.
