Pilot carrying this ID is in The Order Guard, who :
* Can escort traders
* Can engage pirates, terrorists and lawfuls within their Zone of Influence
* Can demand contraband from, and fine, any ship within their Zone of Influence carrying or using slaves, human organs, artifacts, cardamine, allied pilots, nomad brains or nomad technology
* Cannot ally with any lawfuls except Zoners
* Cannot fulfill bounty contracts
* Cannot participate in any unlawful actions
* Cannot use any transports with more than 4,300 cargo

Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports, Prison Liner, Gunboats, Cruisers, Battleships
Carrying unmounted IDs in your ship, as well as not equipping an ID, is a serious crime.

what about add "and Liberty Navy if: Funboat or smaler?

sometimes order helps navy sometimes when they have nomads i.e. in new york... i know you dont want to have ossies in NY:Dbut some figher pilots (like me) use the guard ID instead of the normal...

good idea?
