I was talking about players that skim on the passable level of the rules, damaging everyone's fun, generally being idiots, spewing their little pre-recorded engagement notice and then proceeding to kill anything in sight.

I know I am not the victim here, you are, getting killed before you can type what you want to, getting ganked by too many capital ships which barely skim on the rules so they can avoid getting sanctioned. Oh, and how you cannot do anything about it because you get thrown out of the system for four hours.
