Comunications link to the Inquisition

The scientists conffered a moment to themselfs. They talked in hushed, indistinct whispers, impossible to understand from beyond a foot away.

"They're nuts."

"Compleatly insane. Yet they do have a good bit of power."

"Yes... They'll strike a good chord with the Xenos, and a good percentage of the populace of the Houses as well."

"Perhaps even a few converts from the pirate community."

"Nevertheless, we must answer." They turned back to the Inquisitions' representative.

"I'm not sure you quite understand how our bio-mods work... They can be one-time encoded, yes, but what of our clients who have requested such procedures become part of thier genetic makup? There are some modifications that can -only- be implimented if a total genetic reconstruction is used. Would -they- be 'mutants?' What of our own creations, as I am sure you have at least heard of the SiNNER project. There are plans in place to ship these procedures, and make them availible to the Houses. Are they mutants as well?"

The scientist who was the spokesperson shook his head. "What we give is the future, Inquisitor Lord. And the future demands change."

The public relations officer cleared his throat and took the stage at that point. "As for your request concerning supplies and doctors, we will of course have no qualms lending out medical technicians and our supplies are offered willingly to whomever may afford the cost. We are a busniness, first and foremost..." He said, shooting a side-long glance at the lead scientist. "And thus our sole purpose is to turn a profit from our products."
