"The SiNNERs are quite safe in that regard. They were created to be the perfect soldiers, and that requires a lot. They have no civilian life; soldiers through and through. There is no need for procreation, so they have no means of reproduction. They were created for war, and it is in war that they live."

The PR officer shrugged. "Most of what we plan to sell to the Houses, in terms of the SiNNERs, is the chance for an elite strike-group. The genetics required for this procedure are quite specific, and the cost in resources is quite prohibitive. The largest order we expect to have to fill is a company of such troops. However, you're concerns are misplaced. As stated, they cannot reproduce and have no desire to return to 'civilian' life. Mental conditioning is part of the bargain. The procedure is irreversible."

With that, the SiN|Tech envoy stood. "If we are concluded, then we shall also take our leave. We can hammer out arrangements for the technicians anytime, although you will be forced to purchase any supplies we offer just like anyone else."
